By accessing or using EUnion services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
EUnion provides GDPR-compliant cloud services including email, calendar, file storage, and collaboration tools. Our services are hosted exclusively within the European Union.
To use EUnion services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use EUnion services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
EUnion is committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR. Your data is stored exclusively in EU data centers and is never transferred outside the EU without your explicit consent.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance as needed.
Paid services are billed according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
EUnion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
